Preferred: DXF or DWG. We can also quote from a dimensioned PDF (or clear sketches) if all critical measurements are provided.
What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?
To quote quickly, please include: CAD file (DXF/DWG) or dimensioned PDF; material and thickness; annual volume and release quantities; packaging/handling notes (if any).
What tolerances can you achieve for flat cutting?
Our CNC knife/flat cutting is designed for clean edges and tight tolerances, with +/- 0.2 mm repeatability depending on material and geometry.
How fast can you quote?
With complete information, quotes are typically provided within about 24 hours.
What are typical lead times for samples and production?
Typical turnarounds: samples ~3-5 days; production release within ~2 weeks. Expedite options are available when needed.
